Hey gang! This is my first post here but have been following the board for years. Ive been a Waltons die hard fan for 25 years and just recently aquired a 1929 Ford aa truck exactly like the one featured on the show. it doesnt need much work and Im currently having the original truck bed restored. The bed is very rare and its what makes the waltons truck unique. I purchase this truck from CA. and had it shipped to me in upstate NY> Ive been looking for a waltons truck for over ten years and i am passionate about restoring it. i will send photos of the truck to anyone who desires, as the restoration process is being completed. It would be great to have it appear at one of the reunions. i plan on attending this Oct. but the truck unfortunately will not be done. Dennis . PS: can anyone tell me how to get a photo to appear when i post? thanks

Welcome to the forum Zebulan (Name after Grandfather). I use www.photobucket.com to upload my picture then transfer to this forum. Hit reply then paste your picture from photobucket by using "direct link", then highlighted the link and click "insert image" (where is said add tags: bottom 4th button between the globe and the envelope icon). Hopefully this will help you.

[glow=red,2,300]SO EXCITED! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT![/glow] Where in Upstate NY do you live?I live near Syracuse and would love to see your truck! My hubby and I saw one on a farm where they sold apples but that was awhile ago. Haven't seen it in awhile. I should stop by and ask them what they did with it.

Hi Zebulon,
I'd love to see the pic of the truck, too. If you have any trouble putting it on your profile, let me know. I can help you.

Zebulon The more I look at this I'm thinking ,you say you live in NY? This looks like my driveway and my entire street here in New Jersey! Must have had the same builders design and duplicate the same layout and homes. Do you have split level homes and ranchers on your street? annenina

I am jealous, jealous, jealous!!! What a terrific thing to own. I would absolutely love to have a ride in that truck. You are most fortunate to locate it.
