Not a problem! Toast for everyone! And, all the free jelly you want!!
What? No water allowed with the toast and jelly? What about butter?
Sure! Free water and those little butter pats for everyone!

You are too kind and generous! LOL! Actually when I was a little girl growing up, when we would go out to eat there would always be a bowl with the butter pats in them. All you did was peel the top paper sheet off and there was the butter. You could see the actual butter around the sides of the pat (before everything had to be sealed for safety concerns). I loved eating those by themselves. I would eat the whole bowl if momma and daddy wasn't looking.

I remember little glass milk things for your coffee. They were so tiny and only held about two tablespoons of cream. When I was a child, I was fascinated by them. Imagine the waitresses having to fill those little things! My grandchildren love to drink the little cream things in restaurants. They will drink every one of them if we let them. I guess it is a kid thing!

I have quite a few on my kitchen windowsill, which holds other treasured small bottles

It is so nice to read about all the fun everyone has had at the reunions and with each other. I am so looking forward to going this year and can't wait! Only a few more weeks!! I can't believe it's so close!!! I'm so excited, too! And I finished making all my arrangements for the rest of the trip. We're off to TN after our Waltons escapades and then we're going to Colonial Williamsburg for a couple of days on our way home.

I am taking off Friday but have to be home on Sunday for work on Monday.

I have not seen those since I was a child. Didn't know they still existed. I guess my $70.00 a night rooms don't come with those!

I've seen them in Manhattan but also in fine resort hotels, and even some "better" B&B's.... (luckily, I have a generous and wealthy friend !!)
