Yes, we must! It will not bother me one bit if we eat breakfast at that Bob Evans Restaurant again. I love to eat at Bob Evans and we only get to if we are traveling. They don't have any in Alabama.
I wanna go too! I was at the real Bob Evans Farm a couple of weeks ago, the one where Bob Evans himself lived in Rio Grande, Ohio. We pass through Rio Grande on our way to Columbus.
Brenda, you know that we (weezer29, Mr. Forever, myself) want nothing more than to have you and Rusty there at the table with us. Really hoping that all of us from last year's breakfast can do it again this year (Cinlou, MrsOliviaWalton). Would also love for other forum members that come to the reunion join us, plus all of us tag along with each other when we go to Schuyler...that's a SHOUT out to Ryan James, Heather (dewlanna), Kathy Lee, jimbobwaltonlover94, JeannePhx, Jan, jeeeprose, etc. It also applies to the ones who said they are hoping to come...Uncle Coaster, sdw, mamawsoveralls and patriciaanne. Remember to let Carolyn Grinnell know that you are on the Waltons forum. She will try to sit us at tables together for the reunion dinner.

Believe me, Kimberly, when I say that I am trying VERY hard to be there. When I found out that she was going to attend, I actually cried just please continue to keep everything crossed for me. Also, please tell Mr. Forever, no photobombing this year, okay? hehe Remember???

I had never heard of Bob Evans.... So looked 'em up.... OMG -- it's a CHAIN with over 570 units..... and publicly traded !
I generally steer clear of chains, but this one looks pretty good -- I'll try it if I ever get near one

It sounds wonderful! I'm at about 75/25 in favor of going! And if we go, we'll be heading down to TN afterward to pick out where we want to settle when we buy/build our next home. I was speaking to a lovely young woman from TN last night. She's hiking the Appalachian Trail with our nephew and they were up in this area so they came by a family party. She was such a delightful person. She grew up in FL, but they moved to TN 15 years ago and she said she would never live anywhere else. Everything she said affirmed for me that TN is a great place to live.

I have been to a few Bob Evans (In America, I don't think there are any in Canada). Good food. Not bad at all.

They don't have any Bob Evans in ND either. Hopefully the whole group will be able to be there for breakfast LOL

Frank - How I wish time, money and health was no problem so all of us friends here could get together. We could all spend three days to a week together at some kind of resort. We could all compile our videos and photos onto one DVD and each of us get a copy. We could title it: "The Walnuts Go On Vacation".

They have really good food Jeri. Definitely check them out if you ever get the chance. Alabama is surrounded by Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and Mississippi. For whatever reason they don't have any in Georgia or Alabama but do in Tennessee, Mississippi and Florida. So I would have a really long drive to a Bob Evans in either three of those states. I'm hoping someday they get one close to me here in 'Bama. The first one I ever ate at was in Missouri.

That would be "glorious". If time/money/health (of wife) were not a factor, I'd like to go.
