WRITERS NEEDED: 90th Birthday Gift for Earl Hamner

Heather, I talked to her on Facebook the other day, and she does want to continue with the project. She said she only has 2 stories so far. Also, the child of her best friend has recently passed away, so her mind is on other things. She did say she would update the forum soon. I haven't submitted a story yet, either, but I hope to get to it soon.

AR15, No one has heard from her for several months. I'm not sure if she plans to continue with this project or not. I was going to contribute something, but I never got around to it either. You can go ahead and submit it, and see what happens.

She could at least come on the forum and tell us that she no longer is putting the birthday book together. I put a lot of time and work into my story. if anyone hears from her could you please let me know. thanks

No, I have not heard anything for a long time. I am so sorry, especially to those who have taken the time to write a story or a memory. I feel somewhat responsible, although I don't know why. I had nothing to do with this, other than to provide the forum for her to post her message on.
