Picture the following scenes: The new minister has arrived in the hamlet and Corebeth is preparing a candlelight suppah (supper): Corebeth: "Mr. Godsey, I want your opinion on the accessories on the table." Ike: "They look fine dear." Corebeth: "FINE! That's all? FINE! I've worked all day on my table Mr. Godsey, I expect the people attending my candlelight suppah for the new minister to stagger when they see it!"
At the Walton's house: John: "I don't want to go to Corebeth's dinner 'liv!" Olivia: "Why John?" John: "She'll sing at me! I hate it when she sings at me!" Oliva: "Lets just go and get it over it." John: "She'll sing at me."

I love that,David. That is probably how Corabeth would act. Olivia would probably pretend to be surprised like Hyacinth's neighbor Elizabeth did. John probably would be like Emmet.

I watched the episode when Daisy brought her "love child" to Walton's Mountain. Corebeth was exactly like Hyacinth. Even how the moral character of Walton's Mountain was now in declined, and that it was detrimental to Aimee.

I loved the episode "The Sinner" as well so many things seemed to go wrong. It was very comical. I loved the part when they where all in their bathing suites and the Missionary woman was horrified.

That episode with Grandpa and the cold water in the bathtub was weird, because don't you put your hand in the water coming out of the faucet to be sure you have the right temp? That was just odd!

Yesterday, I saw The Inspiration. The funniest seen was @ the Annual Dance (For Elizabeth's grade.) Corabeth was worried, about Elizabeth & Drew being alone. Grandma stop her, with her cane. Corabeth, just plop down pouting away.
Sorry, if missed or skip a scene @ the party. I'm tired. I want just share this with everyone. I'm trying to remember it, best I can.

Buttercup, that's a good one too. Elizabeth and Drew were so good together!

I saw other episode of The Waltons, last week. The Last straw. Where john & Ike, are drunk. They fall into the lake. That one is priceless.

I watched this very episode with some friends. One of the ladies commented on John Boy's bathing suit. She said it reminded her of Mr. Humphries' outfit in German Week.

Can someone find the episode where Corabeth says she's appalled?

There's so many moments and I wish I could think of them all. But what immediately comes to mind is the very end of " The go getter" when they're all talking about the candlelight dinner.
Elizabeth: " why do women put out candles when men come over?" Olivia : " it makes the women look prettier" Elizabeth: " how does it do that?!?" Ben: " candles don't put out much light, so you can't really see much"
gets me every time!
