Check out Mr. Hamners's new Thanksgiving Memory Blog over on Earl's website. There is still no one who can tell as vivid a story as Earl ....as you read his memories of the Thanksgiving of 1934 you can literally hear the house filled with all the voices talking at once, smell the pumpkin pie and feel the warmth from the fireplace. The only thing missing is his distinctive voice softly telling the story in that beautiful Virginia accent. Thanks Mr. Hamner for putting me in the Thanksgiving spirit!
