I want to to thank you for your efforts every year to make the reunion happen for all of our enjoyment. You put in so much time and effort and I know it is out of your love for the Walton's that we reap the rewards. I wish to give big hug and a standing ovation to Carolyn Grinnell for all of her hard work!!!!

Well said, Gullifer. Carolyn outdid herself this year. I had a great time, and I especially enjoyed meeting you, your husband, and your sweet granddaughter. I hope we can get together again at a future reunion.

I agree with the great job that Carolyn does. I could tell she was very tired Saturday night. Hope she has gotten rested up and feels OK.

Yes, Carolyn did a wonderful job as usual. She always thinks of the most interesting things to do. I really hated I missed the morning activities; I'm really thankful there will be a forthcoming dvd available.

Dear Carolyn,
You will know how much I had hoped to attend The Waltons reunion, but in the end could not do so. Still, I want you to know from the bottom of my heart, how kind and gracious you were to welcome me before my high hopes were dashed. I will not forget how you extended yourself to me...and I will be forever grateful to you. If all goes well some other year, I do hope to attend a Waltons reunion and will very much look forward to meeting you then...and giving you a big ole Northern huggies. xo
Most sincerely, Barb...in Calgary, Canada. :-) I

Carolyn, you are a treasure! Gary and my sister and I had a great time at the reunion. Every year it is different, but it's always special. The love you have in your heart for Earl, the cast members, and for the show is extended to all of us, and we feel it. You have made us a family. Thank you!

Carolyn my love....what a great job you did with the 2009 Walton reunion!! Can I get three cheers for Carolyn! Hip hip hooray hip hip hooray hip hip hooray!!!! I too could see the weariness in your face and voice on Saturday and hope you are back to your dear chipper self. I think I cried tears of joy all weekend.......to hear Mr. Hamner read some poems and hyms and just talk, such a soothing voice....oh my I could have listened a lifetime. Thank you so much for all your efforts. I keep looking for any news on this years reunion.......I know I am pushing it but any time spent with the "Waltons" is time well spent. Love to you and your dear sisters....till we meet again...Hugs Leona Johnson Williamstown, New York
