Hi, I am looking for any information on where Roses' grandchildren vanished to? Never liked Serena but Jeffrey was great! Then they just vanished. Never to be mentioned again. Even when Rose got married. That's just weird.
And it is not like they have gone to live with their drunken father.
Did I miss a mention of this?

I think they went to live with their drunken father.

Dear Dianne and Myrtle, You need to check out a scene in the early part of the Outrage episode. Jeffrey and Serena did go back to their father, but he no longer was the mean drunk that Rose described at the end of The Kinfolk episode. He reformed, gave up drinking, and moved to Baltimore where he got married again and he asked Rose to send the children back to him.

Are you from the Virginia area? Keep on asking the questions ... that's what the forum is for! I refer Donald and Tracey as the Walton's dictionary. If I ever have a question they seem to have a way of getting the answer. CHEERS back, my husband is British so I hear it a lot. Dianne Grant

Was worried nobody would understand cheers, but then I remembered there was the tv that was based on the origins of that little gem!

Serena didn't bother me, but I found Jeffrey to have zero redeeming qualities! He was just there as an agitator, I thought!

I couldn't stand Jeffrey. Serena was a brat but not obnoxious.

I loved Jeffrey and Serena and I thought they fit into the family very well.
