Aha! I never put the two together until I read your post. I like her personality in both roles. Good sighting, Brenda  While I was watching that Little House episode yesterday, I thought she looked familiar, but it was mostly her voice that I recognized. So I looked her up on IMDB, and sure enough, she was Eula Pendleton on The Waltons. |

Today's episode of The Waltons on MeTV was The Literary Man. Which has David Huddleston playing the first version of A.J. Covington.
That's not a Walton sighting, you say. True, but, here is the crazy sighting. When The Literary Man went to commercial, I switched to COZI TV to watch Emergency and there was David Huddleston playing an animal vet.
Mr. Huddleston on two of my favorite programs from the 70's at the same time! I got confused for a moment and didn't know what program/channel I was watching, lol.

I saw Charlotte Stewart on an Eight is Enough episode today. She played a high school teacher. Charlotte Stewart is best known as Miss Beadle on Little House on the Prairie, but Waltons fans also know her as Ruth Collier from the very first episode of The Waltons.  |

I have plans to travel to the Marshfield Cherry Blossom festival next weekend. It’s a 3 hour drive. Kami is suppose to be there. Jerry Mathers (the Beaver) too. I think Michael Learned also. I’m looking forward to this short trip. So fun!! I'd love to go to that one day but it's definitely not a short trip for me. I'll have to map it out to see how long it is. Have a great time for all of us!! Did you go to the cherry festival? Sorry if I missed your post. Would love to hear about it! |

The actor’s name is Jim Antonio, and you’re right! He played Tip Harrison in “The Legend” on The Waltons. I can’t believe I didn’t notice it was him while watching this Little House episode, because I just saw “The Legend” yesterday. I think I was more interested in Mariclare Costello, because I didn’t realize she had done an episode of LHOTP. |

I saw Ellen Corby on two episodes of Adam - 12. S2 Ep 4 Log 23: Pig Is a Three-Letter Word. She played Mrs. Cunningham who reported a crime and in S3 Ep 23 Log 56: Vice Versa . She played Camille Gearhardt who was arrested for burglary.

I saw Helen Kleeb (Miss Mamie Baldwin) and Victor Izay (Dr. Vance) on a Season 9 episode of Little House on the Prairie. Victor Izay played a doctor on LHOTP too.   |

I saw John Crawford (Ep Bridges) on an episode of Alice.
He played a cop. It was funny seeing him in a "modern" 1980 cop uniform compared to his Walton's sheriff uniform.

And I recently saw Mary Wickes in an episode of Columbo. Poor Columbo had to sit through several photo albums as Mary searched for a photo of a man Columbo was looking for. "Oh, and this is my cousin, Sophie. She had an operation on her big toe and couldn't walk for a week. Poor dear. And this is Daniel. He married my sister but she divorced him a few years ago. And this is..."
Always a delight is Mary Wickes. There's no mistaking her voice, that's for sure.
