In our current "weather" thread, I wondered if Nickie was one of those in Michigan who suffered extended electrical outages because of snow/ice storms.... It's looking better now -- perhaps we'll hear from her soon....

Hi guys!

I'm still popping in from time to time to browse the topics, but school is out for two weeks.  Although I am perfectly content in losing myself in the forum -- giving my two cents here and there... my kids would let it be known that there are places to go and people to see! 

We're pretty lucky in the area we live. We haven't lost power since the big power outtage waaaaay back when half the country was in the dark! (2003, I think?)  Thanks for thinking of me!
