Okay so this sounds like a strange topic but I just have this obsession for finding out little things like this!
I was wondering was any of the cast pregnant when filming any of the Waltons and they had to hide it?
Sorry If this is a bit strange but I just wondered! Thanks.

The only one I can conceivably thing of being pregnant was Judy Norton Taylor /Mary Ellen who was old enough at the end of the series and married. Mary Elizabeth McDonough was a teenager and Kami Cotler was a younger adolecescent during the series unless it was some supporting cast member I don't know if Judy Norton had a baby and Michael Learned was a middle age woman.. Just my thoughts. WmFan

I always wondered if Mary-Ellen's pregnancy was written in because Judy Norton was actually pregnant. If not then she wore a very authentic looking prosthesis!

Hi, Judy did not have her son until after the series ended. Don't know the exact time frame, but she was not expecting during the run of the series.

Judy was married in early 1976 to first husband, musician Douglas Taylor.... she might have been pregnant and perhaps the baby did not live.... but, I don't think we've ever had any "evidence" of this....

And the producers had a cow when Richard Thomas left.
