I heard that yesterday somebody tried to arrange a 'Burn a Koran' Day. It reminds me a lot of the episode where the people of Walton's Mountain want to burn Mein Kampf, but John-Boy objects. By burning something that you don't agree with, because you think it limits people's freedom or whatnot, you are limiting people's freedom yourself by burning it. I personally think it was very stupid idea as it shows a thin line between some people on both sides. I just think that the episode 'The Fire Storm' makes an (unintentional) good allegory to what happened.

Yes, Rev Terry Jones from Gainesville, Fl was planning on to burn the Koran books on Saturday, 9/11 but decided not to. If he did it will be a major problem for everyone in Florida and especially all of us here in the U.S.
He should of done it on the day when the hijacked planes crashed into World Trade Center, Pennsylvannia, and Pentagon. Now it's too late.

They did burn books in the N.T. Acts 19:19 "A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas." Scrolls are the equivelent of books today. How come they were not afraid to "offend" the satan worshipers, yet we are afraid to "offend" the Muslims. Either it is a false religious book(The Koran) that is leading people to an eternal seperation from God, or just another way to God. If you know anything obout christianity and Islam you would say the former, but if you know little, the latter.
