I noticed this last week that The Waltons is down to three episodes a night from 8pm - 11pm PST and that Highway to Heaven is slowly moving into it's place. I knew sooner or later this might happen because before or actually when Covid started it was on from 7pm - 1am and gradually it's been on less and less. I guess I or any of us can complain we all were very spoiled for the longest time but it was just so easy go to Hallmark and there it was. I can personally say The Waltons got me through Covid and I rediscovered why I liked this show so much at the same time. When the night comes and it's no longer there looks like I'm just going to have to get my DVD box set out.

The same three episodes are on again each weekday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 PM eastern on Hallmark. I no longer get METV, but I believe they still show one episode each day at noon. You can also stream all 9 seasons of The Waltons on the Freevee app.

I noticed fewer episodes being shown as well. I doubt they will ever get rid of The Waltons completely. It’s a classic. They are probably just trying to add more variety for those who unlike us get bored with The Waltons.
