This is a funny parody skit the Carol Burnett Show did about the Waltons.

Vincent Price would have made a better Grandpa than Harvey Korman.

Vincent Price would have made a better Grandpa than Harvey Korman. I think Vincent Price would have been splendid as cousin of the Baldwin Sisters or how about a half brother. " oh dear sister, papa wasn't always faithful"

You might enjoy The Whales of August (1987), one of Vincent Price's last films, which features some great old actresses (Lillian Gish and Bette Davis) as eccentric sisters.

I got to see Price live on stage one night, late 1970s in Columbia SC, when he did a tour with his one-man play as Oscar Wilde. It was quite a memorable show. www.thesoundofvincentprice.com/diversions-and-delights/ (I recall that Columbia had just one large theater, a building that hosted classical musical performances and pro wrestling on other nights. Remember seeing the names YITZAKH PERLMAN and WAHOO McDANIEL on the same marquee!)

This is my favorite thing ever that Carol Burnett did.
I was in the musical Annie twice. The first time I played Molly and the second time I played Pepper.

No wonder he was so popular in horror films.

I love Thriller. I play it a lot, especially around Halloween.

" oh dear sister, papa wasn't always faithful" I'm almost certain it was confirmed that Judge Baldwin had lady friends. In the episode where the sisters and grandma were trying to save the Whitley house. Didn't the sisters say something about the judge meeting his "cousins". Something about the way they said it made me think it was women and they were not related. The Carol Burnett show also did a spoof of Gone With The Wind.

^ The dress scene got the longest laugh in the show's history:

Now that I am on Spring Break, i have been watching some of the Carol Burnett Show on MeTV and it is funny. It comes on too late for me to watch it on a regular basis. I love it when the actors start laughing because it is so funny during the skit and they try and hold it in.

This should keep you chuckling for a few minutes. Anything with Harvey Korman and Tim Conway is comedy gold.

That was hilarious. No wonder they couldn't hold it together.
