Olivia's Applesauce Cake (Recipe)

Maybe I will give this recipe to my grandma so she can make it for a dessert on our Easter celebration together or maybe if that doesn't work one time I go over to visit grandma and me can make it together.

I have made Olivia's delicious Applesauce Cake before and it was a hit in my home. For the icing, I just used a basic buttercream icing. No Bourbon in my icing.

When I read the recipe in the back of book The Homecoming years ago. I laughed a bit about the recipe for the frosting having The Recipe in it. Like Olivia's raspberry cake in that episode about the county fair.

I mean, I know a guy who makes some type of recipe. Not that I would have ever sampled any of it….
