Mary Jackson, one of the Baldwin Sisters, made a guest appearance on a MY THREE SONS episode which was shown in the spring of 1961. She became a housekeeper to the sons when Bub(played by the late William Frawley) had to go out of town to take care of a sick relative. The episode was called Bub leaves home.

I've never seen that episode but I love "My Three Sons". Mostly,I've watched the episodes from the color years (1965-1972). I know Jon Walmsley appeared on a couple of episodes. I recently saw an episode of "Bewitched" with Helen Kleeb,in the episode when Endora zaps up hexed popcorn that affects every mortal who eats it. Eric Scott was in season seven's "Out Of The Mouths of Babes",which also guest-starred David Huddleston, who played A.J. Covington in "The Literary Man". Will Geer guest-starred in season eight's "George Washington Zapped Here",in which he played the father of our country, zapped into the 20th century by Esmeralda.

We might also want to note that John McGreevey who authored many of the Walton episodes was the author of several of the MY THREE SONS episodes in its premier season of 1960-1961!

McGreevey was a writer for MTS during the Bryant Park years (1960-67). When the Douglas family moved to California at the start of the 1967-68 season, the behind the scenes staff had changed. Jon Walmsley made two guest appearances during the California episode years.
