I just started reading this book the other day and was surprised to see a "Dew Drop Inn" featured in the book! Is this a common name in America? Or just a big coincidence?

I think it is sort of common...there is one in my town (I live in Baltimore). It is a biker bar lol so I think it's just a name that people tend to like. Although I will admit the first time I passed the one here I automatically thought of the Waltons

There's not only a Dew Drop Inn in my town, but also a Do Drop Inn too. Does seem to be quite common.

There use to be a Do Drop Inn in Lousiville, KY but I don't know if it is still there or not. There is a bar in my little home town called Pop-A-Top. How is that for a name of a bar. Use to be a wild place back in it's day. Still open under new ownership. Haven't been in there in years. I finally out grew those days.
