I am just watching the movie $1,000,000 Duck with Dean Jones and Sandy Duncan. There is a young red-headed boy (Eddie) who is trying to sell a puppy to their son, he looks just like Eric Scott. I looked up the cast from the movie and Eric's name is not mentioned, I also looked under Eric's movie/TV bio list and the movie is not mentioned. Eric if you are "reading" this message could you let me know if this "little guy" is you or am I just seeing the Walton's children in other's faces? PS I too just love this show--I have since the first show in Sept. '72. My daughter was born two weeks afterthe first show, I delivered on a Monday and woke up on Wednesday night, the first question I asked the nurse when I woke up was "Did I miss the Waltons?" --they were on CBS Thursday nights so I was just in time!

LOL! This looks like a pretty funny film. I will have to check it out!! Dean Jones looks super young in this film. Hoping Eric Scott will stop by here to answer your question! RYAN J.

Eric, I adore that movie and my grandchildren love watching it when they spend the night. I didn't know that cute little boy was you. Now I have to watch again and pay closer attention! God bless you Eric.

It is nice to know some of the cast actually come onto the forum. I was wondering if Eric could answer another question ? This is going to sound silly, but throughout the series, the family always ate good home cooked food. The table was always was full with hams, turkeys, vegetables, pies and cakes. I was wondering, who did the catering for the show, and was the food as good as it looked ?

I was thinking the same thing a lot of the time it was fried chicken and corn on the cob. ;D it sure looked good.

I have often wondered about that too. Did they just go ahead and eat that good looking food as lunch or what. That is true to poor country people. If they don't have anything else, they will eat good. They can grow it theirselves.
