I saw David Huddleston - AJ Covington on an episode of Bonanza today. Bushwacked S13 ep 3 He played the doctor who operated on Little Joe. For Days Of Our Lives fans Peggy McKay (Caroline Brady) was also in the episode. David was also in Rio Lobo where he played a dentist, Robert Donner was also in the same movie.

Me too...especially the old one...Bonanza, The Rifleman, Big Valley and of course Gunsmoke. Miss those kind of shows. Today the shows seem to spend more effort in being graphically correct and lose the story... My Best favorite western.......High Chaparral, also enjoy Maverick and Have Gun Will Travel In the UK the High Chaparral was shown on BBC-2 at 8 o'clock on a Monday evening. Guess who took over the following week after the very last episode of High Chaparral? Yep The Waltons

Is it just me, or do others think John Walton's aka Ralph Waite affections towards his daughters (esp Elizabeth) seem almost like incest?...kissing her on the lips, etc. Poor little girl. I agree with Rochelle, above.
But, I am also reminded that Waite had lost his daughter (about 9, I think) shortly before the series started.... Not sure of the details, right now.
She died of leukemia, which is somewhat ironic as that's what Seth (Ron Howard) had in The Gift

Just saw Patricia Neal on an old Dick Cavett Show interview..... it was wonderful to be reminded of her long film/stage history, as well as difficult personal history, including three strokes.... Can't remember the first thing I saw her in, but it was in the earlier days of her vast career.... "fell in love" with her then and will always absolutely adore her !! When the name Patricia Neal crops up I'm reminded of The Day the Earth Stood Still and Breakfast at Tiffany's she appeared in both.

Oh my goodness I didn't realize they were the same actor!🌸 I've been a Trekker for years and was just as surprised when I saw him as Ashley Longworth in The Lost Sheep. He was 27 when he appeared in that episode. The first episode he appeared in as Riker was Encounter at Farpoint part 2, 1987 by which time he'd reached 35.

Not sure if this mentioned before...so many sightings! Anyhow I saw Mary Jackson (Miss Emily) on The Andy Griffith show. ..1964ish. Opies Fortune...she appeared as Mrs. Rigsby. Love this show...clean fun humor with some great values thrown in. Ron Howard was born the same year as my brother so it is like watching him grow up.
Oh...I had mentioned it before but Grandma also appeared on the Andy Griffith show as a car swindler. ..oh the shame of it!😆

Ellen Corby was in everything in the 60s. I saw her as Mr. Mooney’s secretary in an early Lucy Show.
