Ok... All you great Walton fans out there. In the episode "The Seashore", I think it was, where the Walton's go to the shore to fix up the Baldwin's house and they meet an English girl. Jason and the girl start talking about the little man in the fridge who turns the light on and off.... What was his name? At work the other day I was in the cafeteria and opened one of the freezers, it shut right away and the door seals for about a minute. We started laughing and I asked if there was a little man in there that holds the door shut, just like the little man in the fridge that turns on the light. Thanks in advance for the answer

You do know that he's the brother of the tidy bowl man right? Does anyone else remember the tidy bowl man commercials from years ago? A little man in a little boat in the toilet, surrounded by the toilet water that was now blue because of the cleaner.

I don't know his name, but mine apparently quit because my light is out. Well, one of my lights is out. (If I have more than one light, do I have more than one man?)

Reminds me of a scene in The Golden Girls.
Rose is testing anti-fog glasses, she sticks her head in the freezer...
DOROTHY: Rose, leave the glasses inside, and come over here!
ROSE: How will I know if they fog up or not?
DOROTHY: We'll ask the little man who turns the light on and off if they do.
ROSE: Dorothy, don't joke about the little man, you know he scares me!

Doesn't at the end of one of the episodes Jim Bob tells EliZabeth or the other way around that the little man in the fridge ate a piece of pie or chicken or something? Sounds familiar with this discussion.

No. But we have a "some place safe" I have been looking for for 27 years. I suppose someday I'll find it. My late husband was the only one that used it. But he never could remember where it was.

The world may never know and I quote "Yehudi Did It www.waywordradio.org/yehudi-did-it/Who is Yehudi, and what exactly does he do? In the 1930s on Bob Hope’s radio show there was a musical guest named Yehudi Menuhin. His name proved so catchy, along with sidekick Jerry Colonna’s joking phrase, “Who’s Yehudi?” that it entered the common vernacular, coming to refer to anyone, or anything, mysterious. Yehudi is, for example, the little man that turns on the light inside the refrigerator. He holds up strapless dresses. The Navy even had a secret project named Project Yehudi. It’s sometimes spelled “yahootie.” "
