It might have something to do with the security settings on your browser.

I just went into "Create Thread" only to find out what those pictures are to the left of each thread -- some look like a partly open yellow file folder, others like orange folders with hens or cats sometimes with a "cone" of red or blue, or something..... WHAT ARE THESE and where do you select them ??
Thanks.

I was viewing from mobile version, awful. I went to bottom of page and clicked desktop version and that improved things considerably but it took me awhile to find the reply button. I dread my board changing over. I hope what happened here does not happen on my forum.

I agree with Jeri - the white background and lattice-looking wallpaper behind it hurt my eyes something dreadful.
Other than that, I like the "like" button but can't explore much because my head hurts now

Proboards gave me the option to add a "wallpaper" background, which I did just for variety, but I can easily remove it. If I change it to an all white background, is it going to hurt your eyes? Most websites have a white background, including Google, Yahoo, and Facebook, just to name a few.

Are you saying you can no longer select a light yellow, light blue, etc?

I can make it any color in the world. I've already removed the background image. What color do you want? Do you want color in the main forum background, or in the containers (threads) where you read posts? I really don't understand what the problem is about a white background. This forum doesn't have any more white on it than most major websites. Take a look at Google and and Yahoo. Do you have trouble reading text on those sites? I've been looking at other forums in the proboards directory, and I've seen everything from bright orange to florescent green and pink. Does anyone want a forum like that? The colors here look pretty good compared to that!

Whatever works for you, works for me. I still love this board and can get used to anything. Thanks Brenda for everything you do!

I haven't been on for awhile, due to illness, and wow! What a surprize. So far everything seems very nice, except the white background causes eyestrain (for me). I'm sure we'll all adjust.
