I like Star trek the next generation have the entire dvd series also Emergency have all of them too. I loved the Star Trek Next Generation because technology made computers look more realistic for the future though I like Capt Kirk and Spock from the original. And I love Star Trek NG Theme!

We've discussed this before and I won't list all shows b/c again everyone will say "you watch alot of TV." LOL But I do watch alot of INSP with the exception of "finicial/preaching/teaching" programs. I enjoy the old westerns, LHOTP, Brady Bunch, Happy Days, Project Ruway, HGTV, Food Channel, and court TV. I DVR alot of other shows and do like some reality shows like Survivor & Big Brother. But there's no other show like The Waltons! I wish I had all the DVD's b/c there's times I'd like to go back and watch a certain episode. I've tried several times to win on INSP but not yet If I ever get the chance to go to Sam's I was told they had every season for $20 per season! I could start buying one every now & then.

Look for deals at your local variety DVD bookstore. I recently got three of the seasons used , but in good condition on sale for 10 bucks each and now I only need Season 9 for the whole set. Adifferent way to get it, but when are you going to win the set?!WmFan

@ EZ - Understand where you are coming from. No TV for us, either. Perhaps we should swing by someday, sit for a spell, and listen to that banjo!

No other show to me can compare to The Waltons. Too much junk on tv today. I just got into The Andy Griffith Show from my Mom who watches it.

I must confess that in another post I said that I could not get into owning Leave it to Beaver.
Well after watching two seasons on Netflix, I bought the whole series. I had never seen seasons 4-6 and ended up enjoying it very much.
After watching June Vacuum wearing pearls, I now have better posture and dress much better when I am cleaning the house.
I wished I lived in the town of May-field except for the lack of civil rights and all that came with them.

Yeah, Leave it to Beaver is awesome.
Ward gives John SR a run for his money when it comes to TV Dads.

I recently got into the Mary Tyler Moore Show and have really enjoyed. Also, I am a sucker for the Golden Girls even though I have seen all of them 20 times. Marilyn also talked about Northern Exposure on an oldest and I started watching some of them! Also, if you were a China Beach fan they finally made are coming out on DVDs.

We have recently been watching 7th Heaven alot. I don't know why I missed this show when it was originally on. I'm curious to know what night it aired. Even my husband watches and likes it (his normal regular shows are shows like Moonshiners, Pawn Stars and that type) It surprised me to see him get into 7th Heaven --LOL
Haven't been on this Forum for a long time. It sure is different.

It sure is different. LoriJean My two oldest girls watched 7th Heaven growing up. They are nearly 24 & 23 now. I can't remember what night it originally aired on though. I want to say it was on Mondays. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen Collins (Rev. Camden) at the Waltons event on 9/29/12. I had a picture of him from when he was on the one Waltons episode to autograph for me. He couldn't believe that I had one. He said he had tried to find one & couldn't. He asked me if he could take a picture of it with his cellphone camera. Of course I told him he could. He autographed the photo for me & he was super nice!
