it's just that he is so,well, so FRESH and , you know, IMPATIENT.
If he would just behave himself. Last night we had had a date and he insisted we drive to Whipperwhill Rock, and he got so FRESH that I had to SLAP him! "
lol hilarious dialogue right there...
Erin's bright Idea was to make him jealous by going out with Jim-BOB.
Of course , that led to the big fist fight between Ben and Jim-Bob.
That episode was pretty good for a post John-boy episode.

The romantic rivalry that developed between Ben and Jim-Bob during the later episodes was one of the GOOD moves made in the declining series !!

Ben certainly was a randy young fella and probably the most like John Snr was as a teenager....out of all the couplings that grew out of the series - Curt and Mary-Ellen, Drew and Elizabeth, G.W and Erin, Jason and Toni, even Ben and Cindy - the only relationship that had a sexual buzz to it was John and Olivia's. One can imagine very well why they eloped, being unable to 'wait any longer'....just like Ben and Cindy But, oh dear, that scene where Ben and Cindy turn up at the house in the middle of the night newly married and are surrounded by the stunned family and Ben says several times..."Well, it's time we went to bed, it is our wedding night after all"....I mean, how obvious can he make it And Cindy throws her bouquet and none of the girls attempt to catch it....that's a cringe-moment
