Today on Hallmark I caught the S1 episode "Dustbowl Cousins."
Ham is married to John's cousin, Cora.
Was this supposed to be an early "Cora Beth?" I wasn't sure if this was supposed to be, since they share the same name, both are John's cousins, etc.
Thanks!

No, she just happens to be another cousin with the name Cora. Cora Beth wasn't married. She was from Doe Hill, and I think I remember that she had been taking care of her Mama before she came to Waltons Mountain.
Maybe Cora was a common name back then.

According to babycenter.com, Cora was a very popular name for baby girls in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
