???Ronnie Claire Edwards wrote "The Knife Thrower's Assistant:Memoirs of a Human Target", back in 2000. I went to Ebay about it & no one has one for sale. Then I went to Amazon & there is four for sale but they range in price from $125.00 to $261.00. In a review of the book, one person wrote that her mother called her "Ronnie Claire" but that her father always called her "Sophronia Gertrude" or "Gertie." She wondered what her name really was & her parents gave her the runaround about her birth certificate. Years later she got a trunk from her Uncle Homer. In the trunk she found a scrapbook. It contained the earliest photographs & other keepsakes about her life. In the trunk she also found her birth certificate. Then the reviewer said that they didn't want to spoil it, that you would just have to read the book to find out what name was on it. Does anyone here on the forum know? I cannot afford to buy the book to find out?
