i really wanna go but i live in England and i will have school unfourtunately i wish they put it on TV. :-( I'd love to go but it's to far to travel from VA. I didn't get to attend the last reunion that was in Schyler b/c I was recovering from back sugery, so maybe next time but I know it won't be as big as this one. I too wish a network would at least record it & show later if it can't be done live. I wish they would too as I can't afford to go. INSP or GMC or even Hallmark could show it and include a phone number to call or website to go to so viewers who are unable to attend the event could make a contribution to Kami's school fundraiser if they want. Think of how much more money they could raise.

It would simply cost too much to do this..... considering the size of the potential audience..... the expense would far outweigh any contributions....

Since Eric Stolz was a guest in the last episode of the 1979-1980 season(The Valedictorian) could he be the mystery guest?

I have received a few questions regarding the Saturday event and want to offer a little more information about the evening. The theater has reserved seating and the seats are assigned in the order they are purchased. Therefore, the earlier you buy your tickets, the better your seats will be. Ticket prices begin at only $60.00 for balcony. There is also seating in the Loge for $80.00. Orchestra (floor level) seating is $125.00. The other option is the VIP tickets which give premium seating and include the After Party / Dinner with the cast and guest stars. There are currently tickets available in all categories, although there are not many VIP tickets left. Regarding the format of the program, the cast , Mr. Earl Hamner, Jr., and many of the writers, directors, and producers of the show will be in attendance for the live event. They will be honored by celebrities who were guests on the show, as well as by celebrity friends from other classic television shows. Please see the "Honored Guests" page and the "Special Guests" page at www.waltons40th.com for an updated list of attendees. It is certain to be a very special evening celebrating one of America's favorite television families and the creative team that contributed so much to the show. A few of you have asked about the VIP After Party / Dinner. It will be held immediately following the program at the Ebell. There will be food stations set up. Those who want to sit at a table and have a meal can do so, and those who choose to mingle and perhaps have a "special" drink from the cash bar can do so. The room is large and has plenty of room to mingle and plenty of furniture to sit and relax. This is also a time the cast, crew, and special guests will get to catch up and visit.

Mystery guest should be Richard Thomas.

He was already scheduled to attend, but had to drop out to a prior commitment to his Broadway play in New York on that same night. RYAN-J
