In Judy Norton's latest video (celebrating what would be Earl's 100th birthday), she had all the family gathered on Zoom (excluding Richard who couldn't join the cast because he was touring with To Kill a Mockingbird) to discuss Earl and how he affected their lives and careers. At the end of the video Jon Walmsley spoke of a collaboration with Earl Hamner Jr., putting some of Earl's writing to music. This was supposed to have happened long ago, but I guess things got in the way.
Jon took on the task of completing the project and has a CD available on his website. From his comments on the video, it sounded as if it was spiritual in format.
If you're interested in the CD, it is $20 and can be purchased here on Jon's website:

I am going to have to look into this further. I really enjoy religious music as does my family and with the title of the CD being A Joyful Noise, I would agree that this collaboration between Jon Walmsley and Earl Hamner Jr. would be of religious nature. Thank You for the link.

I'm finally getting around to ordering this CD as a treat for while I'm driving in my car in the countryside.
Has anyone purchased this? Do you like it?

I really enjoyed the CD. I bought it and downloaded it to my computer and then gave the CD to my dad for Christmas. He also enjoyed it.
