Which character do you think you most identify with? And why?
I identify with Mary Ellen
I most identify with Mary Ellen. Like Mary Ellen, because I grew up as a tom-boy because I love to play sports w/ boy when I was young, by the time I grew older and never want to be a nurse or doctor like she did, but I have been saving peoples' lives by using CPR and First Aid. I even saved my own husband's life becasue he went into diabetic shock and went into coma for a very short time and also save an elder man's life on a plane when we took off from Long Beach to Dallas but made an emergency landing in Phoenix, Arizona 13 years ago . All my friends and family think I should become a paramedic but don't want to work long hours because I have two children of my own and want to spend time with them till they get older. My daughter will be 20 years old in October and my son is 9 years old.

Why Tracey, Thanks for asking. I think I would have to say I am more like Elizabeth. Perhaps that is why she is my favorite Character.
Why? Because Elizabeth can be bull headed, likes adventure, love's children, and especially enjoys attention. She puts her priorities in perspective by never letting Drew Cutler get away with anything. Elizabeth also loves animals, enjoys her family, and is a large advocate to helping others. Plus + Elizabeth had wanted to be a teacher when she was younger...Kami is a teacher...and so am I...how perfect is that?
Besides all that...we're both really cool people! I don't think they could have picked a better actress to play Elizabeth either...Kami Cotler is the bomb! Don't you love her red hair?

Actually Tracey, I teach GED / High School Diploma courses for an Alternative School in Oregon believe it or not. I also teach Defensive Driving for the Federal Government. And, when I'm not doing that I'm raising children and working on my Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist; part of a Paranormal group affiliated with TAPS and GhostHunters; and try to find time for the Walton's ...wew...I just made myself dizzy! ;D Dianne

I am most definitly most like Jim-Bob. I am the youngest of six kids and our personalities were a lot alike and I tinkered with old cars and still do and old radios, jukeboxes and what ever. I wish David Harper would come out in the open more because he was my favorite character but that is his business. Maybe he will read some of these forums and realize how well he was liked on the show and start coming out in the open more. Hope to see him at the reunion in October.

My first thought was to think of one of the Walton children, prbably since I was around Elizabeth's age when the series came out. But I guess it would be Olivia. I am the mother of 6, and I stay at home and take care of my family. I have a close relationship with my children as does she, and we all respect each other. Now, if I could have a husband like John...that would be perfect LOL! Also in a month, extended family will be moving in!

Although Jim Bob is my all time absolute favorite, I would have to say a combination of John Boy and Jim Bob.
I've got John Boy's naivety and his writing interest. (Just hope I don't give up on it or change it to TV like he did)
I sorta look like Jim Bob. Although I don't consider myself completely dull, we do have the same sort of head in the clouds mentality. Am different than all the rest. P.S. ~ And yes, I do wear glasses. John Boy did, Jim Bob did, Robbie did, Vice President Truman did, and Joel did, and, umm... Joel does.

I'm a mix of Elizabeth and Erin. Elizabeth, because I'm the youngest on both sides of our family (in my cousins). And Erin, career-wise, because I'm in the Office Administration field. And both of them have red hair, like me too. But I also love books, like John-Boy, but not enough to be a writer.

This is a hard one. When I was a kid I was just like Elizabeth...the baby of the family. Now I guess I am like Erin and Mary Ellen together. Except I am not so feminine. I am more gregarious....loud and obnoxious.... ;D

A combo of Mary Ellen and Jim Bob. i was a tomboy but I was not sassy(would have never sassed my elders). My head always in the clouds and daydreaming like Jim bob, I was shy and liked my alone time.

You know, I'm not sure off of the top of my head. I'd say I act like a combo of John-Boy, because I do like to write sometimes, Ben, because I'm a bit stubborn(the episode where he went and got married spur of the moment, my mother made all us children swear that we would not do something that impulsive. But I'm a lot like that, I probably would. But since I don't want to give her a heartattack *smiles*), and Erin. It's too bad there isn't one of those fun quizzes like you see on sites sometimes so we could figure this one out. I couldn't tell you which one for sure I'm like.
My brother Jason who is named after Jason Walton, now he acts more like Jim-Bob. He even at one point wanted to work with airplanes.
