Once I tried to say "We need six fitted sheets," but because this is a bit of a tongue twister, I ended up switching the consonant sounds that begin the words "fitted" and "sheets" ... I'm sure you know what I mean.
Seeking to recover from the awkward silence, I tried. "That's six xxxx'ed feets ... you know, like a fly probably has."
Nobody got it.

Oh, the tongue twister that got misspoken, just brought to mind how fast Mama could whip out a bar of Irish Spring and shove it in your mouth. Today, I still can't even think of Irish Spring soap without getting the shivers and the smell of it in the store still makes me ill. Gotta say, Mama was strict but I had the best Mama ever. If I'm remembered as being half of the woman she was, that would really be something. |

I still miss Jeri alot. She ALWAYS responded to my posts. One of the only people to respond to me. Hope she's okay.

Everyone thinks she is just taking a break for some reason. Maybe she is on some beautiful tropical island with one of those fruity drinks in her hand.
Hopefully she will stop in one day and say hi!

Yes, everytime I post something I think of her. She was my Broadway musicals kindred spirit! And so knowledgeable about many things. I miss her dearly!
