If the map hasn't changed yet, Daniela is stiill in Newfoundland. Good thing she found one of the 3 working computers there to post. If she's lucky she found the one that doesn't have dial-up.

FYI, when Scarlett said yesterday she was about to send a search party out for you, I thought, "What?" -- to I checked and was happy to see that you had in fact posted on Oct 3, Oct 2, Oct 1, Sept 29, 26, 25, 23 .... so, I'm not crazy !!  Still, missing 4-5 days is not like you !!

Oh my! Well, I'm certainly very flattered. I was quite surprised when I saw an email from Brenda, then when I came here and saw this thread... Well, all I can say is that I am touched thank you everybody, I am surprised anybody noticed I was gone, I always thought of myself as one of the more obscure posters on here.

There are a couple of reasons I've been posting less:

1) In January 2012, I started watching The Waltons from the start for the second and then, in August of this year I got to the end. Since then I haven't watched any Waltons, but that's not that I don't still love it and consider it one of my favourite television shows it's just that, normally I'd be watching an episode and it'd give me an idea for a thread on here, so I'd come along and make the thread, then comment in any threads that seemed interesting. When I don't get ideas for threads, I don't come on here, but that's silly; I should check in any was as there will be doubtlessly be threads I can still contribute to.

2) I have actually been a bit busy. In July I graduated from university, and I've been sending out lots of CVs, emails and everything in an attempt to find full time work. Also, I have found myself with a small job lately: I write articles for SmartDating UK (not my favourite subject area, but I am happy to be writing as work!) this only takes up a little bit of my time, but, I'll try to explain: when I go on my laptop now, it is usually to apply for jobs and/or write articles (I also have my own blog and webcomic which require regular updates) and so, at the moment, coming onto the laptop is to do 'work' and for recreation I do things off of the laptop, whereas in the past the laptop was for recreation... Does that make sense?

But yes, I really appreciate this thread I was actually going to say more, about how I am fine and had a nice day visiting a friend and having a haircut today with a photo as well, but then I thought, this post is already huge! Sorry, like John-Boy I must learn to be more terse.

To summarise: I am okay, and I will try to post a bit more

And Brenda, since you asked: a friend of mine has been suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (a very nasty illness) and so I have been unable to see him for six months. Very nicely, today I got a chance to see him again for a brief thirty minutes (he couldn't manage more) but it was a very nice thirty minutes nonetheless! Here's my haircut:

I would pay good money to see you run barefoot through his hair! LOL!  You could also show us how to fold fitted sheets at the same time.  Kill two birds with one stone.
