I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we could say what the last episode we watched was.
Last night, I watched "The Intruders," "The Flight," and "The Milestone."

Last night I was watching from Hallmark Channel (Season 1)- "The Fire" & "The Love Story". Also watched from my computer on YouTube "A Decade of the Waltons" (the one I add a new thread for everyone to see)

I watched The Courtship on the Hallmark Channel this morning. It's the one about Uncle Cody Nelson visiting and John Boy matches him up with Cordelia Honeycutt.
A favorite quote from the episode:
Mary Ellen: Mama says she's had 4 husbands. Elizabeth: Do they allow that many? Erin: It's 3 more than we're used to.

I too watched The Courtship this morning and it is one of my favorites. Love the quote you added. I guess it was rare in those times to have more than one. lol

IMO, it should still be rare, but it isn't.

I've watched all seasons out on DVD so far (1-7) so last week I started over with Season 1. It's been a treat because I'm a teacher and school ended for the summer last week. Starting over with Season 1 at the beginning of the summer is a GREAT way to start a teacher's vacation! Tonight, I watched "The Star." I find something wonderful in every episode but I think all of Season 1 should be declared an official "National Treasure" and placed in the Smithsonian or something! There isn't a weak link in that chain anywhere! This may already have appeared in a post before but what are your opinions on the Best Episode and the Best Director?

We are still into the seventh season dvd. Last night we watched The Outsider and The Torch. I love seeing the Cindy we love and know. I must admit a few episodes I don't recall, but all of those shows I'm only seeing for the second time.
We don't have Hallmark in Canada and we have never had repeats of The Waltons, owing my own dvd's of this show has been a dream for me. The Walton's is truly my all time favorite tv show. I only have 2 episodes left the this season!!!!!!

Maybe I'll watch the Decade of the Waltons on Youtube soon. The problem is that I might just want to wait until I can see the other episodes of season eight first: meaning I would have to wait for it to come out on DVD -- I don't have the Hallmark Channel.

A Decade of the Waltons is about Earl Hamner and the cast talking about the best episode from Season 1 through Season 7 but nothing from Season 8.
