I meant I liked her hair better as an adult,than her hair as she was growing up,but I don't she should have worn
her hair long when first got married,it made her look not grown up.

Mary Ellen was loud, rude, and rambunctious as a young teen, but she eventually learned how to behave.  All seven Walton children were boisterous and rambunctious whenever they entered the house and came down the stairs at the same time.
