Long time, missing you all 
I joined the Walton forum nearly three years ago and got completely dissolusioned with one or two members. I want to put that behind me and to rejoin you all, hope it is okay with you?

Of course you are welcome to join us again. Just ignore those who upset you. We don't all have to agree on every issue. The important thing is, we are all Waltons fans, and we are here to discuss that wonderful show. Welcome back. I have missed you.

Welcome back Champlain. I'm guessing you are from the Lake Champlain area, eh? My Mother in Law lives in Westport NY, so I'm pretty familiar with that area.

Hi Everyone
Many thanks to all those folks that have greeted me it is very much appreciated.
The Waltons were a regular on UK TV but I have not seen them in ages, I just hope they return soon.
My father was from Rouses Point NY, I don't communicate with distant relatives anymore....long story. I visited my fathers grave in 2004 and in 2007, it was a very moving experience, we also went to Champlain. I started to write a book and named it Champlain letters, but I have not progressed with that.
Anyway glad to be here, and go easy on me!

I didn't know you before, but look forward to getting to know you now! I've heard of Rouse's Point, but never been up there. I think it's right on the border of Canada, isn't it? Must be beautiful up there.

Nice to see that when we are not around, we are thought of . I do come here and read when time allows, still think this is by far the best place to get info and tidbits on The Waltons! When we have visited Rouses Point we had to go from Montreal passing through a place named St Bernard de Lacolle where my relatives lived many years ago. Yes coming through the St Lawrence seaway is beautiful, and Rouses Point is a nice pretty village.
In 2004 we took the train to New York which took us 7 hours an awful journey but my what beautiful scenery, and we stayed there for 4 days, I like New York very much and have read a lot about it too.
I live in Wales not in England, referred to as the UK, not sure what Scotland will be if they say yes!
I just hope they will televise the Waltons again, as I enjoyed it very much.
