I remember the conclusion of The Shivaree---- There is also a Latin version Appelem te delicas sum in amore tecum! Audiam te dicas te m'amare quoque. Continuere lux amoris in occolis tuis tam vera! Appelem te delicas, sum in amore tecum.

You made me think of the song they sang when John hosted his class reunion and they sang at the table outside...
Wedding bells will ring so merrily...
I can't remember the rest and it's such a sweet song!

You made me think of the song they sang when John hosted his class reunion and they sang at the table outside... Wedding bells will ring so merrily... I can't remember the rest and it's such a sweet song! That's from "The Prophecy" and the song is called "Till We Meet Again" Smile the while, you kiss me sad adieu When the clouds roll by I'll come to you Then the skies will seem more blue. Down in lovers lane, my dearie Wedding bells, will ring so merrily Ev'ry tear will be a memory So wait and pray each night for me Till We Meet Again Here is the link of "Till We Meet Again" from the Prophecy on YouTube

Thank you so much! I seems to me it was in other episodes as well. I recently watched the special, A Walton Wedding, which I think is the one where John Boy gets married. I loved how it ended with the wedding party following them and everyone seranading the bride and groom. I would have loved to hear them sing this song as a way to connect the "modern" time with the time we remember the Waltons being from.

But they playde at the end of The Walton Wedding the song Bicycle Built for Two which begins with the verse,Daisy, Daisy give me your answer true. John Boy had just married Janet. Before he found that Daisy had previously had a child,Melissa, he would have married her. This was a notorious goof!

Good point! I always liked the character of Daisy and also wished that somehow he could have married Ginny. They seemed to connect so well. But I guess if it wasn't true to life, it wouldn't be a Walton story.
