Thanks to two great ladies, Ms Marilyn and Ms Brenda I now have a great "Keeper". I had some concern over the size but looking at some of the others I'm thinking mine is just right! Thank you ladies for all the help. I feel like John Boy when the Baldwin sisters let him use the typewritter.

You are welcome. I did resize it for you so it wouldn't be so large.

Goldenpaw,
I'm glad you like the keeper image. I hope you will post a message to introduce yourself to the forum members. You can tell everyone why you chose the lamp.

I'm a long time reader of the forum and new to register. I'm an antique dealer appraiser from Fort Worth, Texas. Many years ago I was running an estate sale and the owners had a cranberry opalescent hobnail Gone with the Wind style lamp, just like the one in John and Olivia's bedroom. I just had to have the lamp and it is now in my bedroom. I could not resist being the "Keeper" of the bedroom lamp. Brenda was so kind helping me get the image on the forum. Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum and enjoy reading the posts. Marsha

Hello Dewlanna- I see you are from Texas and maybe driving to the reunion? Hmmm Goldenpaw is in honor of my Golden Retriever Nell.

Hey, that's a great story about the lamp goldenpaw!
I am indeed from Texas and am indeed driving out to the Reunion. The current plan is to leave Wednesday after work, arrive Thursday and stay in Burbank until Sunday morning. I have my reservation for Carolyn's event Friday, the bus tour of the house, and I have my ticket for Ray's event on Saturday.
Where I live is maybe three hours from Fort Worth.
