Is anyone a keeper of applesauce cake? If not, I would love to be Someone has already requested to be keeper of the applesauce cake recipe. She was looking for a picture of Olivia with a cake. I don't know if she ever found it or not.

I just joined and found this thread. I would like to be the Keeper of the Baldwin Sisters car. I have a 1925 Studebaker exactly like theirs except mine is green. I also have a 1928 Model AA Ford truck like John's 1929 but I see someone is already "Keeping" a good eye on it. Could I get some help with the pic for this...? Like I said, I just joined but really like what I have seen here so far. Thanks in advance for any help.

I was the one originally wanting to be the keeper of Olivia's applesauce cake recipe. I still do not have a picture yet because I don't know how to do it. I am not computer savvy at all! I also was interested in being the keeper of Verdie's kerchief (that she wears on her head).
I would definitely like to be "nice" and let j7nep05 become the keeper of Olivia's applesauce cake recipe, if someone could please be nice to me & help me get a picture of Verdie wearing her kerchief & helping me become the keeper of it.
I noticed that someone had become a keeper of two things.....the Blueridge Chronicle & grandma's shoes. I would love to be the keeper of both the cake recipe & the kerchief but if someone can please help me, then I will just be the keeper of Verdie's kerchief.
Also, I have the CD "A WALTON'S CHRISTMAS:TOGETHER AGAIN" and it has the Applesauce Cake Recipe in it. It has some differences from the recipe that is listed above. I don't know if it is permitted to put the recipe on here or not. On the back of the CD it says, "Warning: Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited by law." So I don't know if they just mean the music or if the recipe is included in the "reproduction."
So can anyone help me out with the kerchief? You can PM me if you like. Thanks in advance!!

foreverwaltons, let me know which one you'd rather have (cake or kerchief) and your favorite colors and I'll make you one.

Hi afrench! Just find the graphic you want to use and give someone here a holler. There's a few of us that can make the keepers.

Do we know if the applesauce was in fact a bundt cake, like the picture above ? Somehow, I doubt if the family had a bundt pan, but maybe.....

I'm searching as well. The Dew Drop Inn.
I think, the only way get the picture. If, someone has a DVD of the season for Dew Drop Inn. Fast Forward to the part, where they show Dew Drop Inn. Pause it. Take a picture. Upload it on to the computer. Then, send it, here.
