For me it is Elizabeth. She is the youngest and when she was little she said a lot of things that were really silly. She is also really kind to everyone and caring. I try to be that way to everyone. Now I am into watching a lot of the episodes where Elizabeth is around the age I am right now which is 13 years old. She is a girl that uses her own mind and doesn't let others change the way she feels about things. She also is exploring a lot of things and is confused with things as well. This is me wrapped up in a nutshell.

I think I'm most like Erin. Seems like Erin was a little shy when she was younger. I know she grew out of that as the years progressed. She seemed quite concerned about her appearance too - dressing nicely, hair styled, etc. That's sort of me too.
Of course now that I'm older, I probably identify a lot with Grandma. Since I have 9 grandkids.

I'm the youngest daughter ( I have three older sisters, one older brother and one younger brother) I'm extremely close to my older brother and our relationship reminds me of the relationship between John Boy and Elizabeth. As you can tell by my name--- I love the episode the Achievement. The episode where Elizabeth gets wrapped up in a book( Jessica Girl Spy) I'm constantly getting excited, enthusiastic, lost in books and fictional characters! |

I also think it is super cool to find another teen girl and in the weirdest of places a Waltons forum. It is like I have found an older sister on here already. You seem super amazing awesome. |

I'd say I identify most with Jim-Bob. I've always loved cars and motorcycles, a slightly misunderstood dreamer, and often getting into innocent mischief/trouble.

When I watched the show in it's original run it was Elizabeth because Kami and I are the same age so whatever age Elizabeth was I was the same age. I am also the youngest.
Now it's more Mary Ellen because I am medical minded like her and wanted to be a nurse but couldn't afford college.

I'm sure I felt differently during the original run of the show, but now I most closely identify with Grandma. She doesn't suffer fools easily, she speaks her mind (usually saying what everyone else is thinking), is hard working and tenacious. She also crochets. 😉
When I was younger I probably would have identified with Mary Ellen for the same reasons.
In a few short years, I'll be the same age as Grandma. My life is quite different from hers, though. No bio kids of my own (but have two by marriage and hoping for a grandchild some day). We have horses, and I enjoy my garden, among other pursuits. 💗 Most recently I joined a local sports club and I'm enjoying working with the weights and look forward to swimming in the indoor/outdoor heated pool.
