I watch the episodes on MeTV, which began carrying the show in January of 2020. I started watching (again) last year when MeTV was in the middle of the fourth season, and through the cycle back to the first season. Now, they’ve started the eighth season and I think I’m done. I’m just not as interested in the show without Olivia, Grandma, Grandpa, and the real John Boy.
MeTV will be back to the early episodes by this fall, but I think I need a break - I’ve seen the episodes so many times at this point.

Definitely agree the early seasons were the best. Grandma and Grandpa added so much to the show.
I've seen the entire series more than once - but haven't tired of it yet. The Hallmark Drama channel shows 4 episodes a day - which means they work their way thru the series quickly. I skip some episodes that I'm not fond of - like the supernatural ones, or the one where Mary Ellen finds Curt alive. Not thrilled with those.

It's been running on VisionTV here for years and I have no idea how many cycles I've watched, but I keep seeing new things that I never noticed before. Just last week I watched the Season 8 episode where John-Boy is found. Ike and Corabeth are reading the article in the paper and Corabeth comments, "Is that a new picture?" I've watched that scene so many times and chuckled at each viewing, but this time I notice something: Ronnie Claire Edwards had a facelift line on her neck.
Now, I'm looking for it. When the new cycle begins, I'll be watching to see when it appears or if it's there from the beginning.

Every so often I have to take a Waltons break. I watch it through a few cycles then I just need to step away for a while. I always come back though.
