Grandma....I'm not sure what she would like. I think she would be the most likely to not care for stuff. Perhaps she'd like to have a go at a Casavant:

The Waltons would have hated any technology derived from big tech companies like Google, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, etc. which all threaten our fundamental rights as Americans!!!

This really isn't a technology - but I think they would have loved Walmart. Who doesn't love Walmart. Poor Ike would have been put out of business though. Oh my gosh...I HATE Walmart!!! (Well, you did ask who doesn't love it -- me, me, meeee!!!!) I hate shopping to begin with -- even online shopping, although I hate it less. It's too large, too much walking on my sore knees and too many people. Ugh.

(Well, you did ask who doesn't love it -- me, me, meeee!!!!) I hate shopping to begin with -- even online shopping, although I hate it less. It's too large, too much walking on my sore knees and too many people. Ugh. Not a fan of Walmart either, for those reasons and a few more. Unfortunately, it's a necessary evil in my life, since my 94-year-old mother gets her prescriptions through Walmart (and this particular Walmart has neither a drive-through nor delivery service). I buy a few of her groceries at Walmart, but I do my own shopping anywhere else. Maybe if Walmart valued customer service and hired enough cashiers to keep more than one or two check-out lanes open....
I highly doubt the Waltons, especially the older Waltons, would've enjoyed it either. It's much too large and too crowded, and it's stocked with clothing and housewares that are relatively inexpensive, but for good reason--most are cheaply made. The younger Waltons (i.e. the grandchildren) might have a more benign opinion. Zeb, John, and Ben would've preferred a hardware store where staff actually knew what they were selling.
It's hard to predict what technology members of the family might've embraced. John-Boy would've appreciated the speed of computer technology and the ease of having so much information at one's fingertips, but whether he would've enjoyed typing on a keyboard as opposed to a manual, or even electric, typewriter is debatable. He would've learned to do it out of necessity.
Similarly, Jason would've kept informed of advances in recording technology, as well as the evolution of the instruments he played, but would he have preferred analog or digital? Hard to say. Even many younger musicians today prefer the sound of analog but the convenience of digital.
Mary Ellen's profession required she keep up with advances in medical technology and treatments, but whether she preferred them might depend on the patient and her/his ailment. Medicine advanced greatly in the 20th century, and even when she was starting out, Mary Ellen believed in modern medicine.
Erin would've learned to use a computer out of necessity.
Ben, I have no idea.
Jim-Bob would know the latest about transportation technologies, especially for the airplane and automobile. (I was a little disappointed he was never a train enthusiast.) He definitely would prefer manual transmission over automatic transmission.
Elizabeth would've learned to use a computer out of necessity, like Erin, but I think she might've been the most resistant. She would've recognized how technology, while a valuable tool, can be misused to create social distance between people.

Olivia might have appreciated having a dishwasher. (I say "might" because I've known a few people who prefer to wash their dishes by hand )
Grandpa would have loved to hang out in a hot tub.

I don't know...I think Grandpa would have found a hot tub a poor imitation of the natural bubbling spring on the mountain. 😉

We have a dishwasher, but once during dinner I was being real bratty and mouthy. Mum, having enough of my attitude, made me wash all the dishes, pots, and pans (even the clean ones) by hand. I was lucky I didn't get the hot sauce on the the tongue punishment ( a horrible punishment) after the dishes straight to my bed. As I was in bed crying feeling sorry for myself. My oldest sister gave me a stern lecture and even said I was acting like a little witch ( but with a B) actually being lectured by your oldest sister is even worse than by your parents
