Poem name in The Air Mail Man episode

Does anyone know the Poet and name of the poem John Boy read to his mother in the episode of The Air Mail Man aired 13 December 1973 (Season 2, Episode 13)? It sure was a beautiful poem. I thought the poem name sounded like the "Windhunter" or something like that.
