I have been to several Walton reunions that David Harper has attended and he has not brought any family members with him. In CA in July 2004 and VA in March 2017 Eric Scott was with his wife Cindy. On other occasions he was alone (late 1990s and early 2000s). I don't remember when he remarried following his previous wife's death.

Eric Scott brought his wife Cindy plus his daughter Emma & son Jeremy, Ralph Waite brought his wife Linda & son Liam, & Joe Conley (Ike) brought his wife Louise to Carolyn Grinnell's reunion in 2012. Judy Norton brought her husband Robert, Eric brought his wife Cindy & Kami Cotler brought her mother to the Walton convention in 2015.
At the reunion in March 2017:
Eric Scott (Ben) - wife Cindy Jon Walmsley (Jason) - wife Marion Michael Learned (Olivia) - husband John Tammi Bula (Marcia Woolery) - husband Gordon David Doremus (G.W.) - brought his wife Erin. They both also attended the reunion in October 2016. Kami Cotler (Elizabeth) - brought her mother Barbara
The Walton Museum's 25th Anniversary Reunion:

Eric Scott (Ben) was married to Cindy on The Waltons. In real life his wife's name is Cindy.

Lots of quirky "Waltons" facts. Kami Cotler, who played Elizabeth, was a high school teacher in the same area in Virginia where Earl Hamner and his family lived. She did that for a couple years before relocating to California with her family.
