I'm having a lot of trouble getting the forum software to attach this file, but I think it finally works, at least on a computer. I'm still having trouble getting it to open on a mobile device. As I said, you can send me your email address and I will email the file to you if you are having trouble.

Thank you and thank all of you who make these events possible. I wish I could go now and stay till everyone arrives. I know it takes so much hard work and dedication and I so appreciate it. Does anyone know where the closest airport is to shuyler? I'm not sur if I'm driving or flying just depends on cost. thank you,

There are airports in Lynchburg, Charlottesville, and Roanoke. The reunion will be in Lynchburg, but it's hard to say which airport will get you the best fare. Hope you get to go.

For me, the best fare is Roanoke. Also it is a lot less hassle than Charlottesville. Charlottesville is also a much busier airport than Roanoke, so when I departed I didn't leave much time to wait in line. Apparently I wasn't the only one. I heard an attendant complain about those of us who came in only 1.5 hrs before the flight, he said "what do they think this is, some rinky dink airport?" LOL I was going to attempt to fly into Lynchburg, but is was cheaper to go to Roanoke.

I know already that you all will tell the Waltons cast members how much you like the show - guess you can tell them that there are lots of fans around

Just for kicks and giggles I checked on flying from my local airport to Lynchburg and also to Roanoke. I didn't do Charlottesville.
The airfare to Lynchburg is twenty two dollars cheaper (roundtrip) than flying into Roanoke. Go figure!?!

Kimberly, well actually, it would save more than $2, as you wouldn't need the rental car. On that note, I am surprised at how inexpensive the rental car is in that area, compared to the one I got in Durango last May.
