I have never said that I wanted Erin with anyone. In fact, I don't think Erin has the temperament for a relationship with anyone. I have to say G.W cause I don't know what his name is. Do you? I know his last name is Haines. Maybe GW stands for George Washington. Alpha Male Do you think John S.R. was an alpha male? without a doubt, John sr was HE had too be, look at his wife John Sr. was most assuredly an alpha male. And I know...because I like alpha men.

Nah, he doesn't have the looks or the money (from being the best at his game) for true alpha. He isn't a doormat, but that doesn't make one an alpha, that just makes him a solid person who doesn't take crap from people.

I had to look up what "Alpha Male" was (not familiar with the term)...and read about some characteristics.
I don't think I have ever met an Alpha male in my entire life. (TV Characters don't count)

I cried when they killed off GW! He might have been good for Erin but I liked Chad best her. I think they had a good friendship / romance at first. Second choice Hank. It seemed, though, they changed the character or personality of the guys for Erin in the second time they Were in an episode together .
I think Erin kinda like David Spencer too! Just my opinion.
John Sr a definite Alpha male - and perfect !

(TV Characters don't count) Agreed. This is a manosphere thing and term. Men (and women) are either good people or they are not. Here are some manosphere blogs. Awe might know of others. The comments are well just... dalrock.wordpress.com/alphagameplan.blogspot.com/www.returnofkings.com/

Most of the couples we know, it's the woman who usually dominates and take charge. Something I have noticed over the past 20 years. No Alpha males anywhere to be found. Heck I'm always the one who takes charge with all of them, I am NO Alpha male for sure. Regarding the Alpha Male traits, I've noticed more women have them than men (In people I have met during my adulthood) This is not a criticism towards the women, but meant more as a complement to them.

Ya know, One horse that is the leader and protector of the rest of the pack?

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying I am an Alpha male...AT ALL
In fact, I would bet that a true Alpha male wouldn't watch the Waltons.

Ya know, One horse that is the leader and protector of the rest of the pack? Actually there is a lead mare (horses do not need to be wild, just have enough horses and room to get together) that controls the herd. The stallion breeds, eats, sleeps and will protect the herd. The breeding is only going to happen for a short time once a year so mostly he eats and sleeps. The younger males (sons of the stallion) are called bachelors and can stay with the herd as long as the do not try to breed. Once they make a move on the ladies (mom or sister include) they are run off by dad to go and create their own herd.
