Friends, Wanted to add my thanks and congratulations to everyone who had anything to do with organizing and helping out with the reunion. I enjoyed it all so much; seeing the special places in Schuyler and the beautiful countryside with the fall colors, and getting a glimpse into the wonderful heritage of the Mountain. But most special was meeting everyone. Thanks to many of you who introduced yourself to this newbie, and making me feel welcome at my first, but not last, reunion. We're back to work on the book, and Mary and I both thank you for your words of encouragement and enthusiasm for that project. You all will be first to know any news as we get closer to publication! We did send around a sign-up sheet to be put on our mailing list. If you didn't get to do that, or if you were not able to attend the reunion, you can either do so by replying to me here, or going to the book's website and emailing us with your name, address and either your phone or email, or both. www.marysmountain.infoBlessings, Bev

Hi Bev- I'm so glad you had a good time at the reunion. I wanted to let everyone know that Mary shared 2 stories from the show that she said would be in the book. They were wonderful! If the book is anything like the stories Mary shared, then I think you've got a best-seller on your hands!! With Maureen McCormick's (Marsha Brady's) autobiography on the New York Time's best seller list, I think the timing for yours and Mary's book is perfect! I'm sure people would love to read about one of the kids from the Waltons! (A much better show than The Brady Bunch) ;D Any publisher would be nuts to pass up this book. Good luck to you both on the book. TomV
