@nickie is the best one to help create a banner/signature image -- hope you don't mind me offering your services, Nickie! Thanks for the shout out, PLP927! I am still very much a beginner when it comes to banner making. Brenda does a cool shadow-y fading to the background in hers, and Scarlett knows how to impose a few transparency photos into hers, and you, my dear, have a very cool keeper yourself! So many styles, variations and creative people on the forum! I'm always happy to make a banner, but something tells me Kathy Lee needs no help in this area!

So how do I go about being a keeper? Oh yes. I can just see it on my resume' "Sussie...past jobs...Actress, Firearms dealer, horse trainer...current job....Farmer and keeper of unmentionables" ROTF!!!!!!!!!!! Have you ever looked at a picture of these unmentionables? They are quite mentionable and that is why I mentioned them. I believe that Marylin had a good picture of them and a lot to mention. I think that she had the red version.I don't have all that fancy stuff, nor would I even know how to if I did, to make a banner. Could someone help me?

Sure! I'll send you a personal message and we can talk about the kind of banner you'd like.

I have a question:
Is there a policy or guideline for those who request to be the Keeper of something in their early stages of being a new member and completing their requirements, but then don't return/aren't active?

Yes, Brenda has a written policy for non-returning keepers and the keeper they were keeping and there is a process for dealing with them.
Who or whom did you have in mind?

I have a question: Is there a policy or guideline for those who request to be the Keeper of something in their early stages of being a new member and completing their requirements, but then don't return/aren't active? From the Forum Rules
Signature Images and Keepers
Forum members should preferably have only one signature image. However, up to 3 images will be allowed if they are small in size.
Each forum member can be the “keeper” of only one item, person, animal, idea or concept that relates to The Waltons. It should be something related to The Waltons that has personal meaning to you. Please check Daniela’s frequently updated List of Keepers to see what has been claimed by other forum users.
Members should post an introductory post and visit the forum regularly for a period of 2 weeks before asking to become a keeper. Please post keeper requests in the List of Keepers thread.
The Forum Administrator reserves the right to remove the keeper banner of any Forum member who is absent from the forum for a period of 6 months. Likewise, the Forum Administrator reserves the right to remove any signature images which are not in adherence to these rules.

I think I'd like to keep Grandma's Bible, or I'd like to keep Grandma

Who or whom did you have in mind? No one in particular. There are just a lot of Keepers (and many more to come) with so many usernames/members I don't recognize. I figured there were some steps that were taken -- I just wasn't sure what exactly.

Could I be the Keeper of the Porch Swing if available please. Thanks Actually I think that one is already spoken for. I am the Keeper of John Sr. Union suit but I am still searching for the perfect photo to use. Problem is now that spring is here I am very busy with the farm. But I will find a photo sooner or later.

I was wondering if anyone is the keeper of the Walton's homestead old fireplace. Can we be the keeper of more than one thing?

May I please be a keeper? I was thinking I'd like to be the keeper of the family table where they all eat, if that isn't spoken for. Thank you.
