Don't get me wrong, I just had the wrong spelling in mind. I love John-Boy regardless of actor ;D

The cycle of shows on lifetime is currently showing Robert. He actually did a great job. His interaction with the cast was good and I have found a new respect for him.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but in my opinion, Wightman did his best, but the scriptwriters let him down. The later John Boy really seems to be a different character. He's more passive, no longer the leader of his siblings. This could have been attributed to his recovery from the War trauma, but that explanation is never advanced.

I agree they did let him down but I feel the no longer being the leader of his siblings was he had to stop and let them lead their own lives but He was always there for them no matter what And about Him being passive maybe He suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.
