Show Opening Credits Photo of Little Elizabeth

Does anyone know where I can see a copy of the photo in the opening credits of the show - it's the drawing of little Elizabeth in pigtails and it shows her from the back. She is carrying a school book on an old fashioned belt book holder (do not know what those are called) and she is waving a stick.

Cannot seem to find it ANYWHERE on the Internet. Any tips on finding it soooo- very appreciated!
